RC's A/C & Heating

Ronald Chambless has owned RC's A/C & Heating since 1994 when he started his business out of his home working out of the back of a small Mazda pickup.  Unable to afford hired help, Ron's father-in-law worked with him nd if the job was too big for the too of them to handle, that is where Ron's wife, mothe-in-law, sister-in-law and grandmother came in!  RC's is definitely a family business!!

RC's has grown since 1994 but is still very much a family business. There are currently two very knowledgeable technicians to serve you and a friendly receptionist to answer your calls. Ron's wife still lends a hand with much of the paperwork.  When you call our family to your home, you can be assured we will care for your home like it was ours!!  

Ronald Chambless

Ron Chambless is NATE Certified in air conditioning, heat pumps, and gas heating.  He is active in the local South Plains Chapter of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), Past President of the Texas State ACCA board, member of the Abernathy Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Lubbock Executives Association.  He sits on the board of the Lubbock Building Board of Appeals and is Team Leader for the Lone Star Cowboy Church band.  In addition to all this, he is also an instructor for our local ACCA Training Academy, as well as one of the instructors for the Texas ACCA Continuing Education classes across the State of Texas.

Other Members of our Family

James Aldous

James joined our family November of 2005.  He is NATE certified, registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations, and is our Lead Technician. 

Gary Dominguez

Gary joined our family November 2007.  He is also NATE certified and registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations. 

Rachel Esparza

 Rachel also came to us in November (we like that month) 2009. Rachel is one of those that can wear many hats in the organization and do them all well.  She is our receptionist, dispatcher, and maintenance agreement administrator.

Pamela Chambless

Pam married Ron on May 27, 1987.  She handles the AR/AP accounts, invoicing, website updating, and just about anything else that may come up.  She worked for Reese AFB for 22 years until its closure prior to working at RC's A/C & Heating and is the Chapter Executive Director for South Plains ACCA.
